How Deal Larder works
Deals in, dinners out
We track the deals
Nine UK supermarkets. Ocado’s offers land on Monday, most shops on Wednesday, Lidl and Aldi on Thursday. We rank this week’s prices by what you actually save.
We build the meals
Those offers become dinners with a method, a shop, and a price. Everything is free right now, including recipes written for you.
You pick your shops
Choose one favourite at signup. Every shop starts on, and you turn off the ones you don’t use.
Straight talk: we're not an official supermarket partner. We show public deal prices and link you to search each item — you always shop in your own supermarket account.
Same dinners. Smaller bill.
Because the plan starts from what's on offer, your trolley is deal-first — not recipe-first. Staples you already own never reappear on the list.
saved across this week's featured deals. Your own shop depends on which offers you cook.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Is Deal Larder free?
Yes. Deal Larder is free right now, with everything included: every supermarket, the weekly meal plan and shopping list, and recipes written for you. No card needed, and nothing to cancel.
Which supermarkets does Deal Larder cover?
Nine UK supermarkets: Ocado, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Aldi, Lidl and Co-op. Deal Larder is not an official partner of any of them. It shows their public offer prices, and you always shop in your own supermarket account.
How does Deal Larder work?
Deal Larder collects each supermarket's offers every week and ranks them by how much you actually save. It turns those offers into dinners, each with a method, a shopping list and a price. You choose the shops you use, pick your dinners, and take the list to your own supermarket.
How often are the deals updated?
Every week, on each supermarket's own offer cycle. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons and Co-op change their offers on Wednesday, so new deals land early on Wednesday morning. Lidl and Aldi follow on Thursday. Ocado's deals land on Monday and are re-checked every morning, so ended offers drop off.
