1. The service
Deal Deal Larder provides UK-focused meal planning tools that use supermarket deal data, AI-assisted recipes, pantry tracking, and shopping lists. The product is in open beta — features may change, and occasional bugs are expected.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. spam, scraping, or fraud).
3. Subscriptions
Free and paid plans (Plus / Platinum) are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal in the app. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Content & recipes
Recipes may be AI-generated or user-shared. Always use your own judgement for food safety, allergies, and dietary needs. Prices and deals change; we do not guarantee supermarket stock or till prices. If you publish a recipe to All Recipes, you grant Deal Larder a licence to display it to other users.
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the service, overload our systems, or use Deal Deal Larder to send spam. Do not submit unlawful or harmful content via feedback or public recipes.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is” during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Larder Ltd is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or damages arising from reliance on recipes, prices, or availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
